Club Sessions (8yrs+)

 

Mondays 6.00-7.40pm
(Includes 20 minutes fitness/conditioning at the end)

Mondays 7.20-9.00pm
(Includes 20 minutes fitness/conditioning at the beginning)

Wednesdays 6.00-7.40pm
(Includes 20 minutes fitness/conditioning at the end)

Wednesdays 7.20-9.00pm
(Includes 20 minutes fitness/conditioning at the beginning)

 

We currently have FOUR training sessions per week. Members can choose to train ONCE or TWICE a week.

Members of secondary school age and above, may request permission to remain at training for both early AND late sessions at no extra cost. This will only be permitted under strict conditions.
